BIHAR ASSOCIATION OF THE DEAF
Bihar Association of the Deaf (BrAD) was founded on 31st October 1963, it is a Bihar state-level organization sole affiliated with All India Federation of the Deaf and working for the rights, empowerment, and inclusion of Deaf persons across Bihar State. The main aim is to ensure equal opportunities, accessibility, sign language recognition, education, and employment.
